To participate in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program as an adult (over 18 years old) patient you must follow these steps:
- Go to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Medical Marijuana Program web page and click "Log into the Registry."
- Click on “Adult Patient Registration” and create a patient profile.
- Obtain a physician’s certification showing that you suffer from one of the qualifying serious medical conditions.
- Complete registration by paying for a medical marijuana ID card at Patient and
Caregivers Registry - Schedule an appointment for your pharmacist consultation at Terra Pharm to obtain medical marijuana.
